There have been numerous missionary teams visit Hope from the U.S. and Nigeria with a wide variety of purposes.

Seventy (then Elder) Hensley Mbanaso of Nigeria, (far right in back), was the first missionary to visit the children at Hope after it became affiliated with the church. He was a big hit with the children who are always excited to receive visitors.

The second missionary team to visit the children, included; Seventy Neil Simmons, Sr. Jeanette Thomas, Sr. Pat Bolingbroke, Sr. Di Smith and Seventy Ron Smith. The sisters led a Vacation Church School, and the Seventy assisted local priesthood in providing "Baby Blessings" for all 60 children. At right, Br. Ron treats the children to guitar music ministry.

Construction Missionary Team
