MEAL TIME
Left: Mother Etta and Martha are cooking the rice from the recent rice soy shipment. Not only are the meals fortified with protein and nutrients the shipments from the church in the U.S., through Counterpart Int'l and Feed the Starving Children, make it possible for the children to have two meals a day instead of one. Right: Mother Etta is serving the rice soy meals in new stainless steel bowls which are a huge improvement over the old plastic bowls they used to use.
